"That's right, everyone: fill your bindle with all the sandwiches and insulin you're gonna need, because we're taking a journey deep into the world of indie gaming, where every game is a guaranteed winner!!!?! Let's ch-ch-ch-check out the latest indie game releases! Coooool!!!!?!!!! ROFL!!!!!!?!????"

Genuinely one of the best things you've ever done this. Every archetype is spot on and sums up perfectly everything that annoys me about indie games. Not all indie games, obviously, but the 99.99999% that fall into one of these categories.

I remember when I used to go to Steam and look for deals on games that used to be in shops/full price/last gen, and be able to find them without having to pick through a lot of the above computing project rejects.

This is disturbingly accurate satire.

What - no mention of the lovely lovely cards that you can get - I have loads and have no bloody idea what to do with them but games keep giving me cards for starting a game or closing them down - I know there is a big market for this crap but it goes way above my head.

I am really getting bored with modern gaming - Christ I feel old but so little is coming through that is new - its just regurgitated stuff from years ago over and over again but with flashier graphics.

I am even getting bored of playing retro gaming and I am seriously considering getting rid of loads of my collection as the interest simply is not there anymore.

No wonder I am getting back into Art again as that is something I can create and actually enjoy - I might be crap at it but at least its a better way to spend my time.

What a moaney b`tard I sound :)

Brilliant; especially Depressing Isometric Game. Don't be surprised if those outlets write an article about how that image shows why we need games where characters become depressed.
