It's the end of the world all over again - with the return of the Fallout series. Mr Biffo removes his trousers, shows you some gameplay, and gives his first impressions of the new action-RPG.

One thing about the very start, I think that there is a (potential) twist telegraphed waaay too obviously.

My plan has been to get Just Cause 3 on release as it the game I have been looking forward to most this year other than MGSV and get Fallout for Christmas. I almost broke today and reversed the plan after reading reviews, forums, watching a lets play on GB and your video here but I held and resolved.

But I need to choose to whether to get Fallout on PC or PS4 - PC would be better as, well, its a PC but the PS4 has remote play and I should be able to use a DS4 with my new shiny xperia 5. Oh I shouldn't forget about the draw of earning more, pointless, trophies.

I thought you would like Fallout as it puts the 50's optimism against the harsh world of a nuclear apocalypse along with lots of weird/unsettling encounters? I really like the world because for me its all about exploration. I never completed New Vegas as by the time I got to the entrance to the Vegas I was level 30 so I while I was waiting for some DLC to raise the level cap my HDD died taking all of my saves with it....

By the holy Newell, what is this PS4 sacrelige of which you speak? You can retain your membership of The Master-race by playing it on your 4k telly from the comfort of your settee with a wireless controller on PC too surely... All Hail Valve!

Well PC it is. This means that I will be greatly tempted to upgrade my PC after my birthday in January rather that buy either a 3DS or build a two player mame arcade control panel with integrated Raspberry PI2. But I have just been looking at the Steamlink to play on the big telly...

Someone should do a Threads game. That would be a right laugh and a half.

Well I can't wait to see what all the fuss is about, unfortunately for me it'll be about 2 days thanks to my download speeds. I know it'll never happen but it's times like this I wish games companies would give PC people the option of a Blu-ray edition, surely there's a lot of players in other countries who have crappy net connections too?

After 30+ years of reading Mr Biffo's work, this is the 1st time I've ever heard him speak.
I always assumed Uncle B was from Newcastle for some reason, I feel right stupid now.
